- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is Request for Quotations (RFQ)312919 and the solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20. Delivery and acceptance will be at Bethesda, Maryland. The National Institute of Drug Abuse on behalf of the National Institute of Mental Health is requesting a chromatography system ideal for whole proteome profiling, low abundance protein identification, and post translation modification. Features: Optimized for ultra-low flow rates of first dimension 1-30ul/min, second dimension 20-1000nL/min in the second dimension. Includes electrically-acturated low dispersion 10-port PAEK switching value. Includes NanoLC start-up kit(p/n 801-00043) and control software and the pumping system eliminates the need for flow splitting, providing, excellent run-to-run reproducibility. Active flow control of each mobile phase and measurement of flows with active feedback.
