- Description
- Under the Authority of Federal Acquisitions Regulation, Part 6, Subparts 6.301 and 6.302, The U.S. Census Bureau intends to contract with Mr. Donald Danbury on a sole source basis to provide expert advice and assistance to review revised project plans, evaluate current system configuration for potential modifications and provide on-going system management expertise of a large-scale computer cluster for the Economic Statistical Methods and Programming Division (ESMPD) in the National Processing Division (NPC) to support the 2007 Economic Census data capture system. The Census Bureau believes that Mr. Danbury?s experience in working on these items for the 2002 Economic Census, as well as the annual COS/ASM survey, along with Mr. Danbury?s institutional knowledge, experience, and skills make him uniquely qualified to complete the required services. These services are a continuation of services provided by Mr. Danbury and are needed to complete an on-going project over the next year.
