- This is a presolicitation notice to provide a custom-designed pressure vessel for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 332721. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Required product delivery time is May 5, 2008. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/ or by contacting CCR Customer Service Contact Information at 1-888-227-2423. All offerors must submit their representations and certifications at the Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on or about January 11, 2008. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice. Any questions regarding this notice should be directed to Suzanne A.
