- The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to provide a HVAC System Preventive Maintenance Program contract for the NOAA National Weather Service Forecast Office, located at 400 Parkway Road, Charleston, WV 25309. Period of Performance will be 01 March 2008 through 28 February 2009, with four one-year option periods. The applicable NAICS number is 238220 and the small business size standard is $13.0 million annually. This requirement is 100% set aside for Small Business. The solicitation, notice and all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on the Government Electronic Posting System (FedBizOpps) site at www.fedbizopps.gov. No paper copies will be issued. No telephone, facsimile or written requests will be accepted. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial item acquisition on or about January 11, 2008, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. To be eligible for award the offeror must have a valid DUNS Number and be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
