- This solicitation will result in the issuance of a 3-year Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract, including one (1) base year, and two (2), one-year options, for Anti-Gravity Suits, CSU-13B/P & CSU-15A/P, NSNs 8475-00-545-8197(s) and NSN(s) 8475-01-536-7179(s) respectively. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Anti-Gravity Suits are Qualified Products List (QPL) items and offerors are required to be qualified at time of award. If you are interested in becoming a qualified source, please contact the following for the CSU-13B/P in writing: 311 HSW/YAPSL, BLDG 578, BROOKS CITY-BASE, TX 78235-5306; please contact the Naval Air Systems Command in writing at the following address for the CSU-15A/P: ATTENTION: COMMANDER, NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND (CODE 4.6.1.2), BLDG. 2187, 48110 SHAW ROAD, PATUXENT RIVER, MD 20670. The minimum quantity for the base year is 900 each and is 1,200 each for both option periods. The annual estimated quantity for the base year is 3,900 each and is 4,800 each for both option periods. The maximum quantity for the base year and each option year is 6,000 each. DSCP anticipates issuing more than one (1) award for these items but reserves the right to make one (1) award only if it is determined to be in the Government?s best interest.
