- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with (IAW)FAR 13, Simplified Acqusitions. The Navel Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order for Network Appliance Equipment. This is a small business set-aside, in order to participate you must be certified as a small business. Therefore, in your quote please specify business size along with the DUN and Bradstreet Number as the vendor must be Central Contractor Registered. Addtionally, this is a brand name procurement in which substitutions are not authorized or accepted. The attachment provides an equipment listing for hardware, software and support.
