- Description
- The Contracting Office is looking for interested and capable small businesses to will provide the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) with Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (AGI) Image Science and Analytical support. The contractor is responsible for providing Scientific / Advanced Geospatial Analytical services dependent on the intelligence requirements. Not later than 30 days before the start date of the contract; the contractor shall submit a staffing and management plan to the COR. Changes to the staffing plan and significant changes to the management approach must be submitted to the COR not later than 30 days before the effective date of the proposed change(s). The contractor is fully and solely responsible for the management appr oach, scheduling, supervision and production with regard to individual contract employees. Contractor employees must have Top Secrect Clearance/ SCI, be experienced, production-oriented and able to process, interpret and produce intelligence assessments on a wide variety of AGI data types. Performance location will be primarily onsite at the National Ground Intelligence Center, in Charlottesville, VA. The Government requests 1 EA Senior Image Scientist for 2000 hours per year The Government reques ts 3 EA Image Scientist for 2000 hours per year The Government requests 6 EA AGI Analyst for 2000 hours per year This sources sought notice may be followed by a request for proposal. All possible offerors are strongle encouraged to submit infor mation supporting this request. The purpose of this sources sought is to obtain market research information and capabilities for planning purposes as defined in FAR Part 15.201. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Offerors are advised that only Contracting Officers are authorized to commit the government to the obligation of funds.
