Description
The Philadelphia District is issuing the above RFP (Request for Proposal) for the installation of computer server equipment cabinets, 208 volt electrical primary and redundant power to the cabinets, data cable management support systems and EMI elect rical grounding system to each computer cabinet in room 106 of the Ramos Building at Victory Base (near Baghdad International Airport), Iraq, in support of the Multinational Forces-Iraq Technical Control Facility Expansion project.. This effort includes t he installation and testing of room 106 electrical systems, the installation of the data cable management system, installation of the EMI grounding system, all electrical and grounding systems tests, post-test procedures, and project turnover as per the RF P specifications and referenced drawings therein. Project Completion Time - The project completion time is absolutely critical. The contractor must complete all work on site not later than Ninety (90) days after notice to proceed by the Contracting Office . The contractor must provide weekly scheduling updates in MS Project or equivalent format. The contractor must also provide written daily construction reports to the Project Manager. Liquidated damages will be specified in the RFP as applicable. Interested offerors are encouraged to register at the following web site: www.FEDBIZOPPS.gov. Pursuant to DFARS 252.236-7010, an evaluation preference will be given to U.S. firms. The applicable NAICS code is 237130.
