- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. W912BU-08-T-0012, replacement parts for Haworthy dolphin type VIB bilge pump, model 125VIR3, S/N 480878-03, This action will be procur ed in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. RFQ No. W912BU-08-T-0012 will be available on or about 11 January 2008. Solicitation documents, plans and specifications will only be available via the Federal Technical Data Solution (Fed TeDS) homepage - https://www.fedteds.gov. Interested offerors must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system. FedTeDS registration requires the following information: CCR Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), DUNS Number or Cage Code, Tel ephone Number, and E-mail Address. Registration Instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website by clicking on the Register with FedTeDS hyperlink. Interested offerors should select the Begin Vendor/Contractor Registration Process option. Offerors who hav e registered with FedTeDS must access the data for this solicitation by way of the hyperlink established via the FedBizOpps announcement. Please access www.fedbizopps.gov and click on the hyperlink to FedTeDS www.fedteds.gov. Offerors cannot log into the F edTeDS home page and search for data directly. Offers will be due on 17 January 2008 at 4:00 p.m. eastern time and may be faxed to 215-656-6780. Quotes should include pricing and certifications and representations. Offerors are responsible for printing pap er copies of the RFQ. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 333911 with a size standard of 500 employees. Affirmative action to ensure equal employment opportunity is applicable to the resulting contract. No other notification to firms for this project will be made. All contractors must be registered in the DODs Central Contract Register (CCR) before award as required by DFARS 204-7300.
