- The Contracting Office, Sierra Army Depot, intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for the acquisition of the following noted line item:? TEE Assemblies, Cam-Lock, to be delivered FOB Destination to Sierra Army Depot, Herlong CA. Specif ications and part numbers will be posted to this website at time of solicitation posting. TEE Assembly will consist of approximately 400 each. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 332911 and 500 employees, respectiv ely.? The FSC Code is 4730. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will be issued as a Commercial Solicitation SF 1449, for a Firm Fixed Price type contract. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to electronic medium. Anticipated posting of the solicitation is on or about January 10, 2008. All prospective quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation or other information. Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Anticipated award date is on or about January 30, 2008.
