- Furnish all necessary labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, licenses and supervision for Project # 529-07-118, Demo Sub Structures/Remediate Asbestos in Ballfield, at the VA Medical Center, Butler, PA 16001 in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work includes general construction, demolition of underground building sub-structures (foundations), demolition of existing piping systems, asbestos abatement, alterations, grading, necessary removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Contractor is responsible for maintaining one lane of traffic at all times and is to supply all necessary labor, materials and supervision for continual traffic flow per all applicable codes. Completion Time: 90 calendar days. THIS IS A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Price range is $250,000.- $500,000. NAICS Code is 238910 Bidding material/drawings will be available on/about January 23, 2008. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled on February 7, 2008 at 10:00 AM at the VA Medical Center, Butler, Building 19 followed by a site visit. The Bid Opening date is on/about February 21, 2008.
