- Description
- Project includes site clearing and grubbing, site grading, construction of underground utilities to provide service to a new shower structure including water and sewer; connect to existing infrastructure, replacement of selected existing infrastructure; construction of a new water tank pad and associated improvements; furnish and install a new water tank; construction of a new shower building with all fixtures, furnishings, equipment, hardware, utility connections; furnish and install solar panels and electrical equipment; construction of a new asphalt parking lot for the building and expansion of the existing day use area parking lot; cut and patch asphalt as needed; construct concrete building slab and pavements; placement of boulders for aesthetic treatments and barriers; pavement painting and striping; furnish and installation of signage; miscellaneous work incidental and related to this project. This solicitation will be available for electronic download on or around January 23, 2008.
