- Description
- The Military Sealift Fleet Support Command intends to award to sole source contract to Engineering Services Network, Inc. for the services of a MCCS, Engineering and Electrical Plant Technical Representative on the USNS SUPPLY. The requirement includes a subject matter expert knowledgeable with existing T-AOE Machinery Centralized Control System (MCCS), and engineering plant systems. The subject matter expert will train new ship forces engineering officers in the operations of the existing engine plant controls and monitoring systems. The SME will also provide on-site engineering, technical, and SME services to the Port Engineer and Chief Engineer during the ship?s next availability and for Pre-SMART inspection engineering plant testing and actual SMART inspection. ESN, Inc. is the only responsible source with the required expertise and no other services will satisfy agency requirements.
