- Description
- The Joint Contracting Command-Iraq hereby gives notice of its intention to award a sole source purchase order to Nabishi UK Ltd on or about 18 Jan 2008. In accordance with FAR 6.303 and 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency needs for the purchase of NDB-750 encryption module (205 ea) for Motorola GP360 radios. The primary purpose of this action is to purchase items which will bring the radios into compliance with MNF-I LMR policy for encryption. These radios currently do not have and means of encryption to communicate in a secure mode. The required module will enable 256-bit AES encryption. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is W91GYO-08-Q-0068. The following FAR and DFAR Clauses apply: FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders.
