- The VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, Seattle, WA announces its intent to solicit a firm-fixed price contract with qualified and responsible firms already established in the business to provide animal feed and bedding Contract performance will be for a base period and four (4) one-year options. NAICS code 311119 with a size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation will be posted on or about 01/8/2008 and available for download from http://fedbizopps.gov/.
