- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, for provisioning and installation of door locks: ASSA #E152 mortise cylinder with two(2) keys - 1,000 ea.; Master keying of E152 cylinders - 1,000 ea.; Installation, labor to commence on 3/1/08 and completed on 10/31/2008, work to be performed at U.S. Department of Justice, 450 5th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20001. This is a Small Business Set-Aside, all responsive offers will be considered. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial apply to this acquisition. Quotes are due no later than January 15, 2007. Quotes will be evaluated on price and past performance.
