- END ITEM APPLICATION: AIRCRAFT, HORNET F/A -18. PR No: IQC07342009006. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Coupling Clamp Grooved. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NSN and Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: NSN 5342-01-160-2368; Min Year AEQ: 132 each, Max Year AEQ: 528 each. This is a critical application item. First Article Test (FAT) Government applies. Quantity variance is zero. Total FAT evaluation, testing and delivery time = 297 Days. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about 22 Jan 08. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources applies. Reference notes: 1, 23 and 26.
