- The Government intends to issue an unrestricted procurement for production and delivery of Liquid Nitrogen NSN 9135-00-965-2527, Type II, Grade A, IAW MIL-PRF-25508G, dated 21 Nov 2006, estimated quantity 88 tons; Liquid Oxygen, NSN 9135-00-965-2526, Type II, Grade B, IAW MIL-PRF-27401D, dated 3 Oct 1995, estimated quantity 80 tons; Gaseous Nitrogen, NSN 9135-00-823-8115, Type I, Grade A, IAW MIL-PRF-27401D, dated 3 Oct 2007, estimated quantity 250 MC; Liquid Oxygen Tank Lease (3,000 gallon); Liquid Nitrogen Tank Lease (3,000 gallon); Gaseous Nitrogen Tube Trailer Lease (3,000 PSI). The anticipated period performance for product requirement is 11 Mar 08 - 14 Jun 08. Anticipated period of performance for lease of tanks is 25 Feb 08 - 14 Feb 10. Delivery shall be to Kelly Space & Technology Test Facility, San Bernardino, CA. Multiple awards may be made. All deliveries shall be FOB Destination into contractor-owned storage tanks (LOX and LN2) and tube trailer (GN2) at San Bernardino, CA. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 11 Dec 2007 and posted on the FedBizOps website at: www.fbo.gov. If you do not have internet assess, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested.
