- Description
- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source Time and Materials contract for E-3 AWACS Operational Facility (OPFAC) Maintenance and Support to The Boeing Company of Seattle, WA under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 15 Sept 07. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 336413, small business size standard: 1,000 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
