- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number assigned for this procurement will be EA133M-08-RQ-0110. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and subsequent contract will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-21. This procurement is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The associated NAICS code is 811310 and small business size standard is $6.5M. SCHEDULE OF PRICES: Item 0001: Diesel Generator Top End Overhauls, Model: Cummins VTA 28G1, in accordance with Statement of Work (SOW) titled ?NOAA Ship NANCY FOSTER (R-352) DIESEL GENERATOR TOP END OVERHAULS? dated 14 November 2007; Quantity of Three (3); Unit is Job; Period of Performance is 8 January 2008 to 25 January 2008; Place of Performance is Southeast Marine Support Facility, NOAA Ship NANCY FOSTER, 2234 South Hobson Avenue, Charleston, SC; FOB point is Destination.
