- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN COCOA, FLORIDA The United States Government seeks to lease Class A contiguous, street level office space.Upper floor space with two handicapped accessible elevators to the floor will be considered.The space offered must consist of approximately 5,090 rentable square feet in Cocoa, FL.The space should yield 4,426 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Twenty(20)surface parking spaces are required. The proposed space must be located within the following delineated area: North: Canaveral Groves Boulevard/Blacks Road South: Dixon Boulevard (503) East: Indian River Drive West: Clearlake Road (501) to Bennett Causeway (524) to Grissom Parkway The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 1, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.Consideration shall be based on the area profile, location, and proposed security precautions if the location would be utilized. All expressions of interest submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the buildings ownership.
