- Description
- The Small Business Administration (SBA) is providing notification, consistent with Guiding Principle 2.b.ii.A of the May 2006 Competition Framework for Financial Management Lines of Business Migrations, of its intent to conduct a public-private competition for financial management shared services that includes modernization, hosting, administration and application management of SBA?s Loan Management and Accounting System (LMAS). Private sector participation will be sought using the Federal Supply Schedules in accordance with the procedures of FAR Subpart 8.4. Public sector participation will be obtained from Public Sector Shared Services Providers (SSP).
