- This modification is a publication of the solicitation notice for the Active Duty Dental Program posted to the FEDBIZOPPS on September 13, 2007. The Active Duty Dental Program requires the establishment of an extensive dental provider network covering the United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. The solicitation has been issued. The closing date for receipt of proposals is month day year. The anticipated date of award is month day year. The performance period under the resultant contract includes a base year and four one-year option periods. Source selection procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation will be used to determine the successful offeror. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The solicitation is available through electronic media only; no hard copies will be mailed.
