- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, supervision, equipment, materials and any other items and/or services necessary for complete re-tubing of boiler #4, including burner nozzles removal and replacement, at the Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant, 13th and C Streets, SW., Washington, D.C. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded for these services, through utilization of source selection procedures. This solicitation is not set-aside for small businesses. However, this procurement is being made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Women-Owned businesses are encouraged to submit a proposal and so state that they are women-owned. The NAIC Code is 238290 and the small business size standard is $12,000,000. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on/about January 18, 2008, and the due date will be on/about February 19, 2008.
