- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Procurement to Run For Daylight LLC, owner is Shawn Mann. An award with a base year and 4 option years is contemplated. The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (USFWS) in Portland Oregon. intends to award a sole source fixed-price purchase order under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1, Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the acquisition of/for a website of news regarding joint venture parternships and on going projects, for the Conservation Partnership of the US FWS . This acquisition is required to support the Central Valley Joint Venture Website at www.cvjv.org. Run for Daylight has been the developer of this website and is the firm to continue this website development and support , and the USFWS has decided to award this purchase order as a sole source acquisition. No solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the USFWS requirements described herein may submit a response no later than 01/14/2008, by COB to be considered. Responses to this posting must submitted in writing via e-mail only. A determination not to compete the described purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the USFWS.
