- This notice is an amendment to the previous notice posted on 4 and 14 December 2007. Initial notice was issued under Solicitation Number W912HN-08-R-0012. A Decision has been made to issue the solicitation using Invitation for Bid (IFB) procedures in lieu of Request for Proposal Procedures (RFP). Solicitation Release date has not changed. All other information or requirements of previous notice still apply. Please note that solicitation number will change and will be provided when solicitation is posted.
