- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice, and propos als are being requested 14 January 2008. PROJECT INFORMATION Solicitation No. W9128F-08-T-0014. On or about 3 January 2008, this office will issue a Request for Quote for Tree Removal Services at the Antelope Creek Flood Protection Project in Lincoln, NE . Quotes will be due on or about 14 January 2008. This solicitation is set aside for small business participation only under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 561730 with a size standard of $6.5 million. The work will include the following: Stumps shall be cut off flush or below the ground surface. Stumps below the surface will be left in place. Each tree cut down must be removed from the public property on the same day. Quoters (Offerors): Please be advised of on-line regi stration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov/ and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual On-Line Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Representations and Certificatio ns are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate, and complete. The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective until one year from date of submission or update to ORCA. NOTICE: This solici tation is being advertised under North American Industrial Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 561730. Please ensure this NAICS code is incorporated in your current CCR profile at www.ccr.gov. Failure to have this NAICS code current in CCR may result in not being considered for the award.
