Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network 22 Logistics Office Intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with FAR Part 13 with SVI Systems, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This procurement is a direct replacement of the system currently in place at VA Loma Linda Healthcare System, 11201 Benton St., Loma Linda, CA 92357. The IHL system includes (1) CPRS Interface 2) Tempo or LMS Interface 3) C.A.R.E. Channel and 4) Silver Level Service Support. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements by submitting their request in writing with complete name, address, telephone, fax numbers, and a point of contact. The Government will consider all quotes received by January 11, 2008 by 12:00 p.m. US Pacific Time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
