- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1560-01-294-5901, 0016973286, Panel, Structural. The OEM is McDonnell Douglas Cage 76301. Other sources listed are Texstars Inc., Cage: 12849, GKN Aerospace Cage: 86175, and LLAMAS Plastics Cage: 8P093. Requirement is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed contract for a base of 119 each no quantity option. The solicitation issue date is January 22, 2008 and the solicitation closing date is February 22, 2008. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside full and open competition after exclusion of sources under the negotiation method. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
