- This acquisition is for the procurement of the Liner Absorbent, Flying Helmet. The National Stock Numbers associated with this acquisition are 8475-00-164-7095 (quantity of 4329 units) and 8475-00-164-7108 (quantity of 7371 units). A Firm-Fixed Price contract is suitable for the procurement of the Liner Absorbent, Flying Helmet, and the solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside.
