- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition in Rockville, Maryland. The United States Government intends to award a lease using other than full and open competition to 5630 Fishers Lane, Rockville, Maryland for the offices of the Food and Drug Administration. The Government occupies 54,583 BOMA rentable square feet of space with 211 reserved parking spaces at 5630 Fishers Lane Rockville, Maryland under Lease Number GS-11B-70241, which expires on February 29, 2008. The tenant in this location is scheduled to move into consolidated facilities in November 2010. The General Services Administration plans to execute a full service succeeding lease with a five (5) year lease with cancellation rights after three (3) years. Firms that are interested in commenting regarding the Government's intent to award this procurement using other than full and open competition or in obtaining additional information regarding the above procurement should provide their written comments to Henry Chapman, National Broker Contractor (NBC), at henry.chapman@cbre.com, or to his attention at CB Richard Ellis, 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 320, McLean, Virginia, 22102.
