- NAICS Code: 541990 THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, NOT AN RFQ. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), Office of Atmospheric Programs (OAP), Climate Protection Partnerships Division (CPPD) intends to award a sole source fixed-price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to E-Source of Boulder, CO. The purpose of this acquisition is to purchase a subscription service license which will provide information on developments in the energy services marketplace to include on-line Core Technology Reports, Web Conferences, North America Utility Program database, and participation in the E-Source forum. This service and license is proprietary to E-Source. NO SOLICITATION OR REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS AVAILABLE. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Notwithstanding, any firm who believes it is capable of meeting EPA's requirement as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed Purchase Order based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
