- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N62786-08-T-0004 applies. Quotes must be received by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, January 07, 2008 to be considered. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-22 and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20071207. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333911 and the business size standard is 500 employees. This will be a firm fixed price contract and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SUPSHIP Bath has a requirement to procure the following item. Item 0001: Pump U nit, Centrifugal, Submersible; P/N: 777H440; NSN 4320-00-368-3186; Qty: 3 Each. Pricing should be FOB Destination. Deliveries to be made to: National Steel and Shipbuilding Co., GFM Spares, USNS Robert E. Peary, T-AKE 5, 1695 Main Street, San Diego, CA 92113. Delivery must be available on or before 22 February 2008. Vendor must provide valid Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNS number and Tax ID number. To be eligible for award, you must be properly registered in the Central Contractor Registry at www.ccr.gov.
