- DESCRIPTION This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial services/supplies prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12.6 and supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the RFQ; quotes are due on 23 January 2008 at 4:00 p.m. mountain standard time. This RFQ incorporates FAR provisions and clauses through FAC: 2005-23, December 26, 2007. This RFQ is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is: 561720 with a small business size standard of: $15 million. The Specifications consists of, but are not limited to, the contractor providing the following services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statements. There are two separate locations and therefore two separate Performance Work Statements. Offerors may provide a quote on for one location or for both. Locations: Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge Headquarters PO Box 110 333 Airport Road Lewistown, MT 59457 Line item numbers: 0001, 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001. Performance Work Statement titled: Performance Work Statement for Janitorial Contract Charles M. Russell NWR Headquarters - CLIN 0001 Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge Field Station, Sand Creek PO Box 89 8407 Hwy 191 North Roy, MT 59471 Line item numbers: 0002, 1002, 2002, 3002, and 4002. Performance Work Statement titled: Performance Work Statement for Janitorial Contract for Sand Creek Field Station. If the offeror chooses to only provide a quotation on one location they shall quote the respective line item numbers for that location only. Base Period from 2/1/2008 through 1/31/2009 0001 Janitorial Services at Charles M Russell NWR Headquarter Building in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0001. 0002 Janitorial Services at Sand Creek Field Station in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0002. Option Period 1 from 2/1/2009 through 1/31/2010 1001 Janitorial Services at Charles M Russell NWR Headquarter Building in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0001. 1002 Janitorial Services at Sand Creek Field Station in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0002. Option Period 2 from 2/1/2010 through 1/31/2011 2001 Janitorial Services at Charles M Russell NWR Headquarter Building in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0001. 2002 Janitorial Services at Sand Creek Field Station in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0002. Option Period 3 from 2/1/2011 through 1/31/2012 3001 Janitorial Services at Charles M Russell NWR Headquarter Building in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0001. 3002 Janitorial Services at Sand Creek Field Station in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0002. Option Period 4 from 2/1/2012 through 1/31/2013 4001 Janitorial Services at Charles M Russell NWR Headquarter Building in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0001. 4002 Janitorial Services at Sand Creek Field Station in accordance with the Performance Work Statement for CLIN 0002. Special Instructions/Provisions: The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items and 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items apply.
