- DESC: Brush, Section, NSN: 1015 01 441 4161, Part Number 11580239. The item to procure is a Brush, Section, Cleaning, Artillery. Requirements are 100 each. FOB is Destination. For use on the 81mm Mortar, XM 252, consisting of: Head, Screw, (2) Rive ts, MS20426-E840. The overall length is 6.25 inches. Estimated issue date is 15 February 2008. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electr onic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Bec ause of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. A License Agreement b etween Contractor Name and the US requires the items procured to be manufactured in the US. US means the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The successful offeror under this solicitation agrees to manufacture the items, being procured under this con tract, within the US.
