- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quote. This requirement will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code will be 323115, size standard is 500 Emp loyees. REQUIREMENT: 1) HMMVS- (8 each). The base of the vehicles will be wrapped in the Army Combat Uniform color. The State patch, a pelican, will be displayed on the hood of the vehicles. Each DRUs crest will be attached on the units vehicle by a st icker on the rear side panel. The National Guard LOGO will be attached by a sticker on the hatchback and on both doors of the HMMVs. All Logos will be in color. The wrap will cover the entire exterior of the HMMV which measures 5ft H X 15ft L X 7ft W. Item 2) 156th Band Bus (1 each) On both sides of the bus in color the graphics will read: Louisianas Finest the 156th Army Band. On the back of the bus will be the State Logo and on the front of the bus a sticker saying 156th Army Band. All logos will be in color. Bus measures in front 13in H X 78in L. Side measures 20in H X 28in L. Back area measures 31in H X 39in L. Item 3) BIG D Trailers (2 each) - The base of the trucks will be blue with silver stars. The National Guard logo will be on both sid es of the vehicle. On the back will be the state Logo. Small Trailer measures 7.1in H X 28.7in L. Back rollup door dimensions are 7ft H X 7ft 5.5 in W. Large trailer measures 6ft 11.5in H X 43ft 7in L. Back door dimensions are right side width 4feet. L eft side width is 3ft 11.5in. All artwork will be approved prior to print and application to the vehicle. Item 4) Installation. To obtain images, e-mail patti.woods@us.army.mil. Selection will be based on the following evaluation factors in no order of importance: (1) offerors capability to provide a quality product that meets the Government needs; (2) past performance, caliber of offerors performance on previous contracts of a similar nature; and (3) total cost and/or price. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awa rdee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. If the offeror does not become registered in the CCR database by the due date/time of quote, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered o fferor.
