- Contractor will provide weekday pick-ups at the Cashiers office and the Canteen service office. The contractor will also provide deliveries when orders for money are placed with the bank to these locations. The contract will not perform pick-ups on any federal holiday. Contractor shall make daily pick-ups Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays at the Providence VA Medical Center, building 1, Agent Cashier's Office and Canteen Office and deliver contents to Bank of America, 1025 Smith Street, Providence, RI 02908. Contractor shall be liable for the valuable contents being transported to and from the Bank of America. Maximum liability to the contractor is $150,000. Contractor must provide evidence of insurance coverage to the Contracting Officer. This project is subject to the Service Contract Act. The applicable NAICS code is 561613 and the size standard is $11.5 million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors include price and past performance/similar experience. The solicitation package will be available on or about January 3, 2008. The date for receipt of quotations is scheduled for January 18, 2008 at 2:30 pm. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of issue at the following website: http://www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to this web site. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
