- Cheyenne VAMC intends to negotiate a contract to provide Laboratory Services on a call-back basis 6:30pm to 7am Monday - Friday and 3pm - 7am Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Contractor to provide miscellaneous emergent laboratory testing; STAT test results will be required with two hours after notification. Contractor to provide on site phlebotomy, analyze specimens at the Contractor's laboratory. Courier pickup required, with a maximum turnaround time of two hours. The contractor shall provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. Solicitation will be available electronically on or about 01/03/2008. NAICS code is 621511 and the size standard is $10 Million. This acquisition will be unrestricted. The due date is 02/05/2008 @ 4:00pm.
