- Description
- This is a performance based janitorial service contract. Contractor will furnish all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies and incidentals necessary to clean the Wall Ranger District and Visitor Center Offices located at 708 Main Street, Wall, SD 57790. The offices contain approximately 8500 square feet of floor area. Approximately 7500 square feet are carpeted and approximately 1000 square feet are tile or linoleum. Service will run from February 11, 2008 until February 10, 2009 with two additional option years possible. For services performed in FY 07 Contract price was $ 10,500. This procurement requires the use of biobased products to the extent that such products are reasonably available, meet the agency or relevant industry performance standards, and are reasonably priced. Where available, these products should first be acquired from among qualified products that fall under the umbrella of items designated through the Federal Biobased Products Preferred Procurement Program (FB4P).
