- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) at Scott Air Force Base, IL is working with the 1st Air Force (Air Forces Northern), Tyndall AFB, to issue a full and open Request for Proposal (RFP) for non-personal services encompassing single system management, maintenance and repair as well as logistics support of existing communications systems and subsystems for the Northern Command (NORTHCOM)/North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) Combined Air Operations Center/Sector Battle Control Centers (CAOC/BCCs) and remote locations. The requirement also includes limited support to the Hawaiian Regional Air Operations Center (RAOC). Contract duration will be a one-year base period and four (4) one-year options. The contract type will be firm fixed-price (FFP), indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity for maintenance, with fixed price, time and materials delivery orders for system changes. Delivery of services will begin 90 days after award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Oral communications are not acceptable. When released, the RFP will be available for download from the DITCO Contracting Opportunities website at https://www.ditco.disa.mil/dcop/public/asp/dcop.asp. The release of the RFP is anticipated on or about 17 January 2008. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code 517919 is applicable to this requirement.
