- Amendment 003 is issued to: 1. Clarify and change the procedure for the submission of the Completed Past Performance Questionnaire as follows: Delete paragraph C and replace with the following: C. A minimum of 3 each completed questionnaires shall be included with the offerors Technical Proposal 2. A 2nd Pre-Proposal Conference and walk-through will be held on August 17, 2007 at 8:30 AM to Noon. If you plan to attend please submit below information to the name in Block 7 (via email) of the SF 1449 by Noon Aug 16, 2007: (limited to Maximum 2 per company) No other walk-through will be made available.
