- The Central Utility Plant (CUP) Operations & Maintenance Solicitation No. 292-07-P-(CQ)-0005 is hereby issued. See FAR 19.1403 Status as a service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the Internet. Contractors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation, attachments and amendments, if any. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The WWW address of the Federal Business Opportunities web page is http://www.fedbizopps.gov. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor this site for release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. Contractor?s may register for electronic notification of postings to the site. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP), as set forth under Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12, 15 and 19. The NAICS Code 561210 -- Facilities Support Services The solicitation is 100% SET-A-SIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED BUSINESSES. A Pre-Proposal Conference and walk-through shall be held on May 11, 2007 at 8:30 AM to Noon. If you plan to attend, offeror shall submit the below information to turnerky@mail.nih.gov (via email) by COB May 9, 2007: (limited to Maximum 2 per company). No other walk-through will be made available. - Name - Title - Company - Phone Number - Email address Note: All attendees shall have a valid Picture ID Card, check-in with security at the gate located at 111 T. W. Alexander Dr, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709, and proceed to the security reception desk in the lobby of NIEHS-Campus, Bldg 101 for assembly and further directions. After the site visit: All questions shall be addressed in written format, including the solicitation reference and page number to Kyle A. Turner turnerky@mail.nih.gov by email only, NLT 3:00 P.M. EST on May 16, 2007. No phone calls will be accepted. An amendment will be published to address the governments response to any questions.
