- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to issue a contract on a sole source basis to Stratos Optical Technologies, 7444 West Wilson Avenue, Chicago, IL 60706. This procurement is for the purchase of supplies that are required to support a Digital Technical Control (DTC) in support of the Service Life Expansion Program (SLEP). The SLEP is a depot level technology insertion and replacement of End-Of-Life components housed both inside and outside the S- 250 shelter. Stratos Optical Technologies is the manufacturer of these items and has the sole proprietary rights to the design and materials. The contractor shall provide the Panel Kit Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Fiber Distribution; Tool Kit Radio Frequency Identification (RFID); Cable Hybrid Multi- Application (HMA) Multi-Mode (MM) Bulkhead to Lucent Connector (LC) fiber pigtail 20 ft; Cable Hybrid Multi-Application (HMA) Single-Mode (SM) Bulkhead to Lucent Connector (LC) fiber pigtail 45 ft; Cable Hybrid Multi-Application (HMA) Single-Mode (SM) Bulkhead to Lucent Connector (LC) fiber pigtail 25 ft; Converter-Active Bulkhead IP 10/100 Ethernet; Active Bulkhead Expanded Beam Technology 1-channel, T-carrier Fiber Optic Modem (EBT-1-T-TOM); Test Set Kit; Lucent Connector (LC) jumpers, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Duplex, Multi-Mode (MM) 24 inches; Lucent Connector (LC) jumpers, Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Duplex, Multi-Mode (MM) 12 inches; Hybrid Multi-Application (HMA) / Tactical Fiber Optic Cable Assembly(TFOCA), 50u Multi-Mode (MM), adapter; Hybrid Multi-Application (HMA) loopback, 1-channel (CH), 50u Multi-Mode (MM); Hybrid Multi-Application (HMA) loopback, 1-channel (CH), Single-mode (SM); Lucent Connector (LC) loopback w/ Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Single-Mode (SM); Lucent Connector (LC) loopback w/Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Multi-Mode (MM).
