- Description
- Due to some delays, the government is postponing the posting the request for proposals from being posted until January 4, 2008 for a Firm-Fixed Price Service Contract for the SCADA System Upgrade/Replacement at the Harry S. Truman, Stockton, and Cann on Power Plants in Missouri. There are pre-existing AB PLC5's (excluding Re-Reg), field wiring, and termination points utilitized throughout the existing system at the three plants that will remain in place and be utilizied in the new system. The cont ractor shall provide all labor, equipment, installation, and configuration of software and hardware to provide a complete system that meets the Government's approval. Such work shall entail but not be limited to new SCADA software; server/client hardwa re; the necessary networking equipment to upgrade the existing local area networks (LAN's), wide area networks (WAN's), and communication links between the PLCs and servers to Ethernet; and other requirements to be provided in the solicitation (i.e. - trai ning and possible support agreement). The SCADA systems shall be an isolated system having NO connections to the internet and other networks either Government, commercial, and/or private. The NAICS code is 541512 with a size standard of $23 Million. This shall be completed as FULL AND OPEN Competition. Proposals must be submitted by March 5, 2008 at 2:00 PM in accordance with the solicitation. Copies of the solicitation and any amendments shall be made available on FedTEDS website which is https://www .fedteds.gov. If not previously registered in the system, the website contains instructions. Please note the new point of contract below.
