- The proposed procurement is 100% set aside for emerging small business with a NAICS code of 237310 with a small business size standard of an average annual receipts of the preceding three fiscal years of not to exceed $31 million (1/2 of $31 million for emerging small business size), including worldwide affiliates. Pavement repair adjacent to seawall at U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Ft. McHenry Complex, Baltimore, MD. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by t he agency. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Technical Data Solution System (FedTeDS)a one-time registration process for vendors/contractorsAccounts may only be a ttained by CCR-registered contractors/vendor, go to www.fedteds.gov for additional information.
