Description
This is not a commitment on the part of the Government to award a contract as a result of this notice or to pay for any information received. Contractors (KTRs) shall be responsible for all costs associated with preparing and submitting all capabil ity statements. If two or more small business capability statements are received that sufficiently demonstrate the degree to which they can successfully perform these tasks, and then this action may be set aside for small business. Only electronically su bmitted Capability Statements will be accepted. Hard copies will NOT be accepted. Capability responses must be submitted via email to Ms. Lizy Rivera @ lizy.rivera@hqda.army.mil no later than 26 December 2007. 1. What is your experience with design , development, enhancement, maintenance, security and database management of web-based military health care incentive and medical education programs for physicians, dentists, optometrists, veterinarians and pharmacists? 1a. If contractor has experie nce, with which military health care incentive and medical education programs? 2. Describe y our experience in the development and analysis of automation requirements. 3. Describe your qualifications of the personnel who would provide design, development enhancement, maintenance, security and management of military health care incentive and medical education programs for physicians, dentists, optometrists, veterinarians and pharmacists. 4. Describe your qualifications in the design, dev elopment, enhancement, maintenance, security and management of Department of Defense financial systems as they pertain to military medical incentive and medical education programs for physicians, dentists, optometrists, veterinarians and pharmacists. <B R>5. Describe your business practice for the management and monitoring of military personnel across the continuum of medical (physician) education, including under graduate, graduate and continuing medical education. 6. Describe how you would transi tion the management of this contract. 7. Describe any database system that you have created for the purpose of managing and/or monitoring personnel participating in military medical education programs for physicians, dentists, optometrists, veterina rians and pharmacists.
