- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requests for Information (RFIs) will not be responded to. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for 17 each Rapid Deployable System 480 Tents, NSN 8340-01-540-9981. There will be one CLIN. CLIN 0001 wil l consist of 17 tents, NSN 8340-01-540-9981 with fully integrated floor, liner and Plenum system. The Government contemplates award of a single contract resulting from this solicitation. Your price shall be FOB Destination. Contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The delivery date will be no later than 15 Jan 2008. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-21 Effective on December 7, 2007. This requirement is unrestricted. The applicable NAICS code is 314912 with a size standard of 500 personnel. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by Direct Deposit or other Electronic means. You must be registered in the CCR (Central Contractor Registration) (http://www.ccr.gov/) and in ORCA (Online Representations and Certifications Application https://orca.bpn.gov/). Award shall be made to the best value, technical, delivery date, warranty, past performance, and price quote.
