- Description
- The U.S. Army Small Computer Program (ASCP) in coordination with the Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4) is developing the acquisition strategy for the Information Technology Ser vices Small Business (ITS-SB) acquisition. The purpose of this acquisition is to support the Army's Enterprise Infrastructure and Infostructure goals with information technology services at a reasonable price, consistent with DoD and Department of Army p olicies on standardization and interoperability. The governments intention is to conduct this acquisition under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. The contract type will be small business set-aside with Business size standard of $23M, multiple award, performance-based (as described in FAR Part 37.6), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed Price contract with fully-burdened composite labor rates. Contractors will be required to support up to SECRET security clearance. Some t ask may require TOP SECRET and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance. This contract will support CONUS efforts only. The government plans to utilize the Advisory Multi-Step process as described in FAR Part 15.202 in this acquisitio n. The market research questionnaire is available on the ASCP web page, https://ascp.monmouth.army.mil/scp/survey/draft_sb_vendor2a.jsp. This market research is being conducted in the early stage of our acquisition-planning phrase. You are encouraged to participate in the market survey by submitting a completed survey no later than January 18, 2008. The requirements and strategy as stated in the notice and questionnaire are all subject to change as the acquisition evolves.
