This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code #334310 and Small Business Size Standard 750, applies to this procurement.
