Description

The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division, on behalf of the NIST Library, intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with SWETS INFORMATION SERVICES INC., Runnemede, NJ, for a base period of twelve months and four twelve-month options to extend the term of the contract for use of "ScholarlyStats," a Web-based usage statistics comparison and analysis tool for use by the NIST Library. The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b).
